Pre-Hiring Process

  • - Candidates should have valid Commercial Driving License.
  • - Candidates are interviewed and selected after testing their knowledge about vehicles and NCR Routes.
  • - Driving trial and traffic rule awareness tests are taken.
  • - The authenticity of all the documents is checked.
  • - Documents Required: Driving License, Residential Proof, Identity Proof, Four Photographs, Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) and name & address of two guarantors/references, familiar with the candidate.


Our Training Process

Geetesh organise Driver’s Training Program in two parts

Induction Program

Training for New Drivers (one time) – This program covers introduction about the company, job procedure, rules & regulations, safety measures, interpersonal skills and legal compliances.

Routine Training

Training for All drivers/staff (conducted on a quarterly basis) – It is a memory refresh and feedback program which emphasize on safety measurements, interpersonal skills, rules and regulations and continuous improvement.

SAFETY MEASURES FOR DRIVERS WHILE DRIVING

  • - Checking of Air Pressure of all tyres including spare tyre.
  • - Checking of adequate Fuel Level.
  • - Fastening of Seat Belt and locking all doors before start.
  • - Take vehicle through scheduled route only.
  • - Not dropping any staff midway without permission.
  • - Take Security Marshal in case Female Staff is travelling alone at night.
  • - Keep Central Control Room / Site Operation Team informed, in case of any emergency.
  • - Not to allow any unauthorized person/s inside the vehicle.

Crisis Management

  • - More than 30 SUVs, 50 Small Cabs, and 5 Coaches of different capacity are always available in case of breakdown or traffic incident.
  • - A well equipped and experienced team is always available to deal with the continuity of business, at the time of any emergency.
  • - 24×7 Central Control Room to keep a close tab on traffic situations such as Road Blocks, VIP Movement, Traffic Diversion/Congestion, etc.
  • - Drivers are completely familiar with Delhi and NCR region, capable of deciding alternate routes, if needed, on confirmation from Control Room/Site Manager.

ENSURING SAFETY

  • - All the regulations, as enforced by concerned Authorities for Commercial Vehicles and Drivers, are strictly followed and complied with.
  • - Monitoring of each Vehicle through GPS tracking devices.
  • - Only experienced, well-behaved and educated drivers are deployed.
  • - Extra safety measures are taken for female commuters.
  • - All the vehicles and drivers have emergency numbers and Control Room numbers, for any help.
  • - All the drivers have Mobile Phones (Hands Free) and Charger fitted in the vehicle.
